Eligibility for Return: Unused and Unopened Items: Most items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, as long as they are unopened and in their original condition.
 
Digital Products: Digital products such as game codes or DLC cannot be returned once purchased.
 
Return Process: Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
 
Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item.
 
Shipping Costs: In most cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
 
However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs. Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to process.
 
  Exceptions: Customized or Personalized Items: These items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
